Azima DLI is proud to announce the latest version of our most popular software products. The Alert family of software products include our flagship software ExpertALERT™ as well as StandardALERT™ and ViewALERT™. These products share most of the same features but have minor differences in diagnostic capabilities to best meet your budget and your specific application.

All of the ALERT Analysis Systems utilize the same database and therefore are compatible with each other as well as many of Azima DLI's other products and services including all of Azima DLI's portable data collectors and analyzers. For example, a plant may use one copy of ExpertALERT and two copies of ViewALERT connected to the same database or in a replicating network. One may upgrade at anytime to another ALERT product without losing time or information.

ExpertALERT™

ExpertALERT™ is Azima DLI's flagship software product and was designed for use by Azima DLI engineers in order to make our vibration services the most efficient and effective in the world. Azima DLI engineers analyze thousands of machine tests per month using ExpertALERT.

ExpertALERT utilizes the only proven and widely accepted automated diagnostic system on the market today. The system is capable of screening hundreds of machines tests in a matter of minutes and produces reports that include speciic fault information, severity and repair recommendations. BearingALERT™ technology contained in this software accurately diagnosis rolling element contact bearing wear without requiring the bearing make or model number.

StandardALERT™

StandardALERT™ offers all of the database management, graphical analysis tools and report capabilities needed to to implement an effective condition monitoring program. This member of the Alert family automatically screens each test location for up to 63 alarm bands and presents the results as an exception / alarm report or as a chart containing the values for each frequency band. A machine may contain up to 99 test locations. This software is appropriate for those with a limited budget or who don’t have applications that lend themselves to automated fault diagnostics such as structural analysis.

ViewALERT™

ViewALERT™ is a viewer program for any member of the ALERT product line. Users have access to all reports and analysis tools but they cannot add, edit, delete or modify any information in the database. They can however load and unload data collectors. ViewALERT is appropriate for vibration service clients or for users who are not actively involved in the program but want access to all of the data and information.

Database Replication

Database replication allows two or more databases to synchronize with each other over a network or the Internet. This powerful technology allows two or more users to work independently in their systems and then synchronize them. Changes made in one database appear in the other and visa versa. It is an extremely valuable tool for sharing information and providing remote analysis services. Database replication is compatible with all of the Alert family of software products.
